A full house renovation touches every trade in the building. When those trades belong to different companies, the gaps between them become your problem — the tiler waits on the plasterer, the carpenter blames the wiring, and the dates slip. Bovy runs all of it with one team and one schedule.

We work mainly on landed homes across Klang, Shah Alam, Setia Alam and the wider Klang Valley, with 20 in-house staff and our own factory for aluminium, carpentry and steel.

How we quote

Line by line — every item, quantity and material grade shown, so you can compare like for like. Rough bands: RM40–70 psf light refresh, RM70–130 psf full design and build, RM130–250 psf for structural changes and premium materials. Deposit 10–20%, balance tied to milestones, 5–10% held until you sign off, 12-month workmanship warranty.

How much does a full house renovation cost in the Klang Valley?

As a rough guide: RM40–70 per square foot for a light refresh, RM70–130 for a full design and build, and RM130–250 where there are structural changes, stone slabs and custom furniture. Your actual number comes from an itemised quotation after a free site visit — we never quote a lump sum.

How long does a landed renovation take?

Three to five months for a full landed home. Roughly: design and quote 1–2 weeks, wet work and extension 3–6 weeks, wiring and piping 1–2 weeks, ceiling and flooring 2–3 weeks, paint 1–2 weeks, carpentry install 2–4 weeks, then clean and handover. You get a dated schedule with the quotation.

Do you do both the design and the construction?

Yes — that is the whole point of design and build. One studio, one quotation, one handover date. The same team that draws your layout builds it, so there is nobody to pass blame to.

What deposit do you take?

10–20% to start, with the balance tied to milestones and 5–10% held back until you sign off on the snag list. We also give a 12-month workmanship warranty on our work.
